TC Girls
Because the ecosystem is stronger with more women in it.
Women are building, leading and innovating in tech across Cameroon. But the path isn't always equal — in access, in visibility, in support. TC Girls exists to change that. Not by creating a separate ecosystem, but by making sure women have what they need to thrive in the one we're all building together.
How TC Girls works
Axe 1 — Visibility
#SheLeads
A spotlight program for women who dare, achieve and excel — through text and video profiles of inspiring figures.
Women excelling in 12 domains in Cameroon. First edition: March 2025. 12 weeks · 12 profiles · 12 domains.
Focused on women in tech. Next edition before end 2026.
Career-specific spotlights — coming soon.
Axe 2 — Support
Mentoring & Empowerment
Extended mentoring over several years, paired with a professional integration programme — including part-time first experience for young women entering tech. Candidature is open; the TC committee evaluates and assigns a mentor. Private sessions. Variable duration.
Axe 3 — Community
Talks & Community
Sessions dedicated to women in tech — online and in-person. Conversational format — not a conference, an exchange.
Stay tuned — the next TC Girls session is coming.

“I came to my first TC Brunch as a quiet observer. Six months later I was offered my current role by someone I met there. Techies Connect didn't sell me anything — it just put me in the right room.”
“The Lab gave my project a structure — real critique, real milestones, real community. We shipped in public because the community pushed us to.”
“Three of our last four engineering hires came through Techies Connect. It's the most credible tech network here — no noise, just people who build.”
